Quest: The Last Line of Defense is not working at all.

I used to be able to complete it on another character (a few weeks ago) but I can't do this on my second one.
The cannons don't seem to be on the towers and there is no other way to complete the quest other than killing all the 100 bugs and 3 dragons by urself.
Anyone else having the same problem ?

EDIT: Also, I seem to get randomly stuck at one place when moving around the Argent Vanguard where the quest takes place
EDIT 2: All the Argent Crusade NPCs seem to be gone too, no matter if I have the quest or I have abandoned it.

last time i did that quest the cannons were just floating in the air, was able to land on them tho and use em to finish the quest.

I remember this happening, but there are no cannons at all now

basically:
trolls move the cannons around to random places.
a guildmate of mine spent upwards of an hour searching for them... finally found one at Ebon Hold lol
