Mongoose on feral?

Hi, first excuse my english.

On PTR I see all feral with mongoose on staff. Really?
I mean Mongoose proc with feral attack?

I dont remember it was. I think Mongoose proc when we hit with weapon, feral dont hit with staff.

Can someone have more informations about that?

Mongoose do NOT proc in druid forms in 2.4.3 !

Patch 3.0.2 (14-Oct-2008): Enchant will now proc for druids in bear, dire bear, cat and tree forms.

Tested it today, mongoose definitely does NOT proc in any melee form.
