Everytime I open the game the video settings are reset, the resolution goes down to 1028x768, the texture quality goes down, and the sound settings get reset too. Why does this happen? is there any way to fix it?

Everytime I open the game the video settings are reset, the resolution goes down to 1028x768, the texture quality goes down, and the sound settings get reset too. Why does this happen? is there any way to fix it?
Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
