i got a problem and i dont know where to go!

I wanted to recover my molten wow account, So i search on google and found that the data was lost, but we could still recover our point.

i try to write a ticket, but the only option was to appeal to a ban, but im not banned! So i could'nt chose a ban to appeal, so i could not post my ticket!

Make a ban appeal using support system on website here. You won't get any pictures because it could reveal who reported you.
