WotLK Program/Client keeps restarting?

Before when I downloaded warmane (wotlk), everything was fine. Now I got a new laptop - downloaded warmane again, and now every time I play it never autosaves anything. As in the security warning at first pops up everytime I start it, the wotlk intro plays every single time I start the program, everything that was saved onto my settings (example: interfaces, video and sound settings, display, etc.) are back to default, and also add-ons are not enabled. Every time I start the program I also have to restart everything to gain back those settings and methods to make it up to my comfort again. I feel like something is missing in the program because it does not save anything that I do in the program as previously... any suggestions to this? I know there is. Please let me know and thank you :)
