Everyone will be avalivable to join into guild as we said,
these players we need:
People who will fast rise to lvl 70 with profession, doing attune quests-hcs-reputation and rest, People who already know what addons they need to have, players who will not have excuses for anything inside of raid, players who love competition between guild members and fight for slot in raid, people who can not follow the best players with mind-stuff-tactik they will be banished away from guild... Simply we need the best, if is someone inside of guild and have already slot inside of raid, and by time come new player or someone who was lowest one and that person become better than you, you gonna give your slot to him.
Do not expect any kind of explain what you have to do inside of raid or anything, we expect already for players to know what they need to do.
English like language is not so mutch importmant, because half of EUROPE is not born in England and forgot on that stupid trolls.
So no one can not promise to you slot in raid or something like that, you have all the time to fight for it.

Players are not forced to be here on raid time, people who are avalivable to come they will come, Guild Population gonna be high, so come approve yourself like PRO player, fight for your slot and have fun.

As we said, everyone will get a chance to join, but depends from you how long you will be useful.
So if you got on mind to come without prepare for raid with Mechanic-Tactick and everything, you can expect "BANISH"
there is no excuses, there is no promises, only by your work and how you deserve you will be in raid.
