I seen this title a lot and for some reason it sounds good to me ( maybe because it was removed and ... well, we always want stuff we cant have :p ) how can we get this title on TBC? is it realm first?

The only "realm first" connected anything prior to the achievement system, to my knowledge, is Scarab Lord.

all i know about realm 1st were the one´s blizz had on closed beta for wotlk. they looked cool, never knew why they removed it once the game was live.

Agreed, I suggested these be implemented with the release of Lordaeron but that didn't pan out. Those titles were great and I'm not sure why they didn't make it in to live.
