more people will hammer at the same time when looking at a countdown :p without the countdown the number would be lower. im not in a hurry anyway, its gonna be a pain on start zones with all mobs tagged : (

People will be hammering the logon server regardless of a countdown though. We've been through this realm launch hype thing a number of times before already.
