items for Quests

Was wondering if its possible for the first week or 2 if the items for quests that spawn on the ground able to have a few spawns so that us ppl with high latency can get them, i live in australia and have 350ms. there is no way i can get a item off the ground when theres ppl there.

Ive been at a spot now trying to get a item for 30mins and some1 always comes along n gets it b4 me even if im right clicking the whole time on the item b4 it appears,

The spawn timers are pretty crazy anyway. Been stood around for almost 20 minutes and seen a box spawn 3-4 times with about 10 people at any one time trying to get it. It's pretty miserable.
