Burning Crusade WoW TBC Won't save settings

My WoW TBC whwever i set my settings like window mode, combat text, etc. and whenever I open my WoW it starts like it's new and plays the cinematic and those Agreement etc. etc.

Any tips on how to fix this?

hey I'm having the same issue as well. I wondered if it was because I DL it during the PTR or something? Yes im opening the application. Is it possibly the Realm list or something? please advise

Uncheck read only property on your wow folder.
