My experience is retail TBC -- every raid cleared before nerf, excluding only 2 bosses -- Muru and KJ (killed them right after the 3.0). Recent experience on another server with as far as 5/6 SSC as of now.

My play days are strictly: tuesday, thursday, saturday, sunday. I am NOT ever available at mon/wed/fri (maybe only very late fri or if it's a holiday).
My playtimes are strictly: 17:00 ST - 21.00 ST. More flexible at saturday.
