Not eligible for selling a char

I was searching a reason why i couldn´t sell my old char from Lordearon. It just says not eligible and i can´t find a section where the rules for selling are in

Your account must be premium to sell characters. So you must have donated at least once.

Same problem here, just i donated about a month ago. Friend gave me a tip to enable 2 step security and then wait 3 days. That was 5 days ago i belive

Any tips?
