You should be able to skip queue once they process your donation. Should be instant.

As they have stated multiple times the skip queue feature has not yet been implemented on Outland. Nor have they confirmed if and when it will be added.

Lordaeron has queue skipping also, it just requires monthly coins to be spent IF there is a queue on the realm. However, this does not apply to Outland. Outland queue skipping is just like Icecrown and lasts forever.
