Game Breaking Bugs

Soo for the past 4 hours I have been playing some WoW: MoP in the Frostwolf server and so far out of about 10 quests I took on,none of them worked properly. For instance,I had a mission to kill 10 *insert whatever here* ..I'd go,start killing them and it didn't count them so I would end up killing 40 and none of them counted. Or I had to kill something to drop a specific item in Booty Bay but again,I would kill 50 enemies and none of them would drop the item. And this started happening today,never had this issue before. Can somebody tell me what the problem is and how can I fix it.

Have you tried doing quests without being in a party? Turning/converting to raid causes that issue too.
