Why Alliances are so annoying and complexed

Just started playing at outland TBC and i got camped from 2 alliance members (35 lvl both roques) in Hillbrand Foothills
AND i have a question why someone who started the server one day before me got 10 lvl above me and came to just kill me over and over again?
Where is the fun to that complex move?

Dude, you are playing a realm with 70% horde population. Stop complaining...

becouse they can...every time i play, statistically, if i found a enemy and he/she is lower (in level or in equipment) than me i can see him /her running away (i don't have any interest in killing player outside a BG). Instead, when i play and see an enemy with more lvl or better equip they always, and i repeat ALWAYS, try to kill me (most of the time succesfully, i'm a noob). So accept the fact, when someone can kill you, they will do (95% of the time).
