Hello,
So yesterday my items at AH were sold and received 4 Mails From: Alliance Auction House; Subject: Sale Pending: Primal Earth. Which means that my items were sold BUT "Amount not yet sent; Estimated delivery time 00:00". After seeing that Mail, I logged out and today I logged in and look what I received: http://imgur.com/uDbaAav http://imgur.com/OE4v5Hp http://imgur.com/H0BipVN . Nearly 80 Gold has been disappeared. This happened many times (Lost maaaaany gold like that). What to do now?
P.S. you can see amount of gold I had at the bottom of the bag and Time when screenshots were taken at the top, right side. Also I am the only person who plays on this account and I am the only person who knows password of this account.
EDIT: I asked about this to my guildmates and they said that they had the same problem.

In the first pictures you talk about primal eart , on second you show selling heart of fire.
Mailing system works fine , make sure you open all the mail before you think you got screwed over , mail comes in batches of 50 mails , you cant see others mails in que untill you clear the first 50.
Also not sure if u have the postal addon , you can set it to have info about mails , and also a total gold collected after each batch of posts.

Other three pictures are Hearts of fire. Those images show that Primal Earth has completely disappeared from mailbox(not changed into Hearts of fire).
Hearts of fire were sold and money arrived. But Primal Earth sold but money didn't arrive.
Also I always open my mails and never delete them.

OMG. 1,2,3 and 4 screenshots show that money is pending. Other screenshots (without numbers) show that pending mails has been disappeared. Long story short, I did not received money, I did not received my items. Money has been disappeared, items has been disappeared. Alsoooo I asked people about this and they said that they had the same issue and told me to make ticket about it.

This is an old trinity-core bug. I thought that warmane had it fixed though.

They should definitely fix this bug. It's not an easy task to spend hours, farm rare things and lost hundreds of gold with that rare things. And funnier part is that buyer received item xD but you didn't receive money.

This has happened to me many times. In fact, I am sure that it happens at least 50% of the time. Of course, it hurts when I've auctioned off some valuable stuff and see a couple of pages of pending sales and go back later and it has all disappeared. I am glad to see that others have noticed this too and have complained about it. Would really appreciate it if WM could address the issue.
