Pending money disapears

i have no idea what you guys are doing but i'm literally selling thousands of auctions a day and never in my life have i even lost gold of a single auction.
do what Luchiano's said, delete your mails. the mailbox will only show the 50 most recent

The "Sale Pending" letters are not broken. They exist only to let you know that a buyer has been found for your auction, and they auto-delete roughly 60 minutes after you look at them. They DO NOT have your money in them, that is what the "Auction successful" letters are for, they arrive some time after the "Sale Pending" letters with your money. You lost 0 gold.
Now, I don't know if this is the same issue that GeoDarthVader or anyone else is having, but if it is then there is your solution.

I have the sale pending in my mailbox. NO other mail telling me that the money is there too take. When i delete a sale pending, my gold gets deleted and i get nothing. Going on 4 days with a bunch of Pendings, and no Successfuls. They need to fix this.
