What happens if you don't log off before restart?

Just want to know because I wasn't able to log off in time got caught on a respawned mob after rushing a quest.

Instant disconnect, nothing to worry about

I used to get rollback if I did not disconnect. I don't know if they've fixed it already.

I always log out just in case of a rollback. Too many rollbacks on different servers have thought me that :P

Nothing -should- happen if you don't log off before the realm goes down or restarts. However, if you feel safer by logging out a minute early, then by all means go for it.
