Technical Cant connect to the server

I cant connect to the server, after i choose it, no metter outland or lordaeron. But i can connect through vpn, i think it means my ISP IP is banned or something.
But while i play through VPN i got frequent DC's nad its become unplayeble, coz queues. Can u do something? Thanks.

Delete *\Logs\connection.log > open wow and try to connect > close wow and copy data from connection.log here
problem also may be caused by dns of your isp, some vpn using their own dns to resolve depends how its configured

You can try to use OpenDNS and see if there will be difference

or Google public DNS
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
