Donated item trading

Hello guys, my cousin wants to buy me 2x wepons and he bought coins on his account and now he needs to wait 3 days to give coins to me or to buy item from me for coins and transfer them to me in that way, because i also need to wait 3 days to sell something. Is there anyway he could buy me that item without waiting 3 days? we kinda wanna play today, i dont think its possible to trade item in game to someone right after you buy it for coins, maybe there's some other way ?
