How to track low lvl quests on the minimap or map? And "!" up on the NPC's. Also would be nice to have addon with database of completed quests. I did this on vanilla with Questie. I googled for 2 hours and didn't find any solution for this on TBC. There is ported Questie for TBC also, but it's buggy and don't have outland quests at all.

I did a lot of searching last night with no luck, the functionality to query the server of completed quests exists in TBC but no addons were ever made until Wrath.
Questie is an addon made for Nostalrius and other Classic private servers which did exactly what we need, it was ported to TBC but they never added the TBC quests to the database and development was seemingly halted on it last year.
