Hej i go Today 24.05.17 VoA25 at 8-9am and get from the FrostBoss The Hunter Pve Set Hands. Then crashed the Server and now i dont have it in the Bag or in the Mailbox but The ID i get. No Gm Helps, What i can do ?

There is nothing you can do about it. GMs don't return lost items.
