I`m the former guild and raid leader of a top 50 raid in retail and am looking to extend my leadership experience to Warmane. <Endgegner> was founded by me as well as a handful of german speaking people that met on the vanilla private server Zeth’Kur. We’ll be striving to achieve success in TBC by merely raiding 2 days a week.

We offer:
- A highly experienced leadership that downed every TBC encounter before any major nerf happened. The raid atmosphere will be laid-back and chill. I’m not the one to ever yell at you but will still be criticizing constructively if you’re underperforming
- A clear-cut focus on PvE: raiders who don’t pull their weight will be sorted out eventually
- A tight-knit community: participation in our voice chat is obligatory, we don`t need members who are raidlogging only. Members should get to know each other on a personal level
- A rather small raidpool of 35 members ideally
- A time-dependant DKP loot distribution
- We raid Wednesday and Sunday, 19:00 - 23:00
- Lots of FUN and SCHABERNACK!

What we expect from you:
- A sociable character
- PvE dedication
- raid attendance of at least 75%
- theorycraft-based understanding of one’s class
- a reasonable mastery of the german language
