Arms warrior, disco priest, SL/SL Lock all perform just fine with 100% resil gear

Warlock, Shadow Priest only require trinket

Hunter and Rdruid are fine without PvE

Warrior, Disco Priest and Retri Pala dont need that much but benefit from it

Mage and Rogue become OP with PvE

Most dependent to be viable are Shaman, Feral Druid and Holy Paladin
