Percentage wise: roughly the same. Positive part: less population, less people in each faction. This leads to a lower feeling of imbalance in-game.

5k PvE oriented player is enough for a pvp player like me ?
I mean world pvp won't be too crowded and players mostly gonna be focused on raids.

Well, if you want to go for a PvP approach of the game, I would suggest playing Outland. The only two reasons being population and fast leveling.
