Any Diminishing Returns Unitframe addon?

Looking for the 'Diminishing Returns' addon or equivalent, any one had luck?

It has flat 15 second timers, which will be very unrealiable on a server with working timers.
Gladdy has working timers though. You can use it in arenas.
