No Defensive Stance quest available

I'm tauren and was looking for the defensive stance. happens that i must get a quest at far watch post in the barrens from a guy uzzek next to a tree, but when i get to him he has no quest to offer.
Anyone knows where to get it appart from Uzzek?

well, i made that quest like a week ago, you must be doing something wrong, re take it and do it, watch youtube videos for learning
