Its bartender 4 + ButtonFacade_Ryver (Backported from MOP Masque Ryver). Nameplate its deafult elvui.

Derived from PixelpointUI. Added the two extra bars on the side and Forte below the unit frames, along with a total font revamp.

Not sure actually, since it's part of the ui pack. It's either a mod of SexyMap (or a similar addon) or a background made from Button Facade.

Can you share the name of all your addons? I really like your UI!
Atm im using elvui but since it have alot of bugs i need to compensate with other addons and doesnt quite fell the same :/

Yes, someone is backporting elvui but since it have alot of bugs i disable most of the features and use other addons to do that
