On Outlands I can't get either of these functions to work. Is there a known issue with them or is something messed up in my client? Thanks!

But even when it is a first time from log in, I do not seem to get any returns on anything, it is just blank even though I know there are people online, especially when looking for members from a specific guild.
Nope, I did get the /who to sorta work, but my shift clicking on names has never worked in the 8+ hours i have played so far. Its difficult to form groups when I cant shift click their name to see level and class
