When cap was 13k queue was 1960, When cap increased to 14k queue was 1800. Now at 15k cap, queue is 1750.
    Very odd indeed.

A lot of people simply close WoW if there's a 200+ queue.

17000 players, 13000 cap. You get something like 13000 people inside the game, 2000 willing to wait in queue, 5000 who simply close the game.
17000 players, 15000 cap. You get something like 15000 people inside the game, 1500 willing to wait in queue, 3500 who simply close the game.

You can't just assume that a 2000 queue will disappear with a 2k pop increase.

Also, there's probably a buffer of like 500-1000 spots reserved for Premium accounts. So everytime a Premium account logs in, the next person who leaves the game doesn't open a free spot to let someone from the queue inside. Even though it looks like your queue may not move, every premium account login effectively freezes the queue until someone leaves the game.

Most of the queue gains you get between 200 and 2000 is basically just people leaving the queue, not spots actually opening up. Anything over 100 in queue is probably not worth waiting for since you effectively might need to wait for as many as 5000 players to actually leave the game to compensate for all the Premium accounts cutting in line.

    One solution, pay the 10$.

The queue was very well into 3 000 + prior to the reductions.

Population cap got increased by 1000 and population moved up by 1000 as well, so 1k players should've logged in. I was 500th in the queue and moved up to 128th after that happened, so only 372 players could've logged in. Numbers just don't add up

Not really. Since Donors bypass the queue, there's already more than the shown 13000 people on. There could've very well have been 14500 people on when they bumped the cap. Personally I wish it would show exactly how many people are on, but meh. Don't expect it to let 2000 people in if the server cap raises 2000 people.

It still means that the numbers are off. Also, queue moved by 600 on the second cap increase, that happened like 40 minutes after the first one, do you think 400 donators bypassed the queue in 40 minutes?

They feign the queue, also reserved slots for premium accounts, i understand that the servers needs to contain and play as is. This is very unpleasant and not fair to the players 10 EU not so much. When you launched Medivh nothing has changed as was the queue before and after and so it remained after the launch 2200. Increasing the cap will not change anything, the way is only to donate 10 EU So I will do.
