40/0/21 - you take Holy Guidance and then go for Sanctity Aura.
Can't give you any tips because the spec is just brainless. It's like playing a 20lvl paladin but with Holy Shock and a "Cold Blood" for your Holy Shock. That's all.
So which exp was shockadin "viable"?

Don't use Holy Light to heal. Period. Only use Flash of Light when you need to heal.
Debuff your target with Seal of the Crusader. Then you follow up with Seal of Righteousness melee hit, Judgment, and Holy Shock.
Consecration is a mana hog, generally not a good idea to use it. Use Rank1 Consecration to get Rogues/Druids out of stealth.
Seal of Wisdom if you need mana.
Sanctity Aura is your aura of choice.
Outside of that, it's mostly general Paladin and Holydin gameplay.
lol.
I played a bit around with shockadin on the PTR. The burst with wings+SP trinket+Divine favor+holy shock is nice but after that the spec lacks sustain dmg and runs fast oom.
I can imagine that shockadin might work together with warrior or rog in 2s while the main job of the shockadin would be healing and only deal some dmg when the opponent is close to die.
Then on the other hand a holy paly can heal more, is more mana efficient and can also deal some dmg with holy shock even though the dmg is less than on the shockadin.
Yeah, what you described is pretty much how a 20lvl paladin plays.
You are aware that we all are very much aware of how TBC Paladins were designed, yes?
Why are you wanting to turn the thread into this?

I stopped the moment I saw Eye for an Eye with two points in it. This will only work for 1v1.
Don't be insolent, you are supposed to be moderator here.
Eye for an eye is stronger than:
-crit for melee hit (it's like... 8% of your damages?)
-improving an aura you won't use
-getting a seal you won't use
-parry rating
-improving a blessing you'll barely use
You can play with 3/3 vindication and 1/2 EfaE if you want... but:
Shockadin is not an arena spec, so it's okay if you are only at 99,999844984% of your capabilities instead of 100%.
You will duel people -> EfaE is great
You will play in bg -> EfaE is great for a melee dps (if you stick to healing in bg better respec holy)
You will fight in world pvp -> again EfaE is great
And ofc kawasakigpz is asking for buildS and tips. No restrictions.

I'm not going to speak about spec or build but take a look here : http://www.warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=41171
It's the video that make shockadin popular. You must use the http://www.wowhead.com/item=7734/six-demon-bag
It's useful because it can cast few different spells ( take a look here for detail http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Six_Demon_Bag ) and it's cool because those spell get 100% of your spell dmg (not sure about the 100%, that's what i read on wowhead)
Have fun mates
