Dev's aren't in the habit of changing classes and specs. They only want to fix bugs. You can't expect them to start messing around with balance in the game. It's not their place, sets an unhealthy precedent, and simply won't be done.
There is absolutely no way they could know how to balance classes and specs better than a multimillion dollar corporation with hundreds of man hours.
