Free Faction Change

I've been trying to use the free faction change, but the dropdown menu doesn't give any options, it just says "SELECT CHARACTER", and if I try to proceed anyway, I get the message "That character does not exist or does not belong to your account."
Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone fixed it?

I have same problem with my changing fraction. Tip with creation aliance character at lvl1 and same class is not working for me. Any other tips?

EDIT: It works :-) Just create aliance character, same class and wait few minutes.

Well I'll try that as soon as I'm not in the queue :>

Just donate 10€...that isnt too much and u can skip queue forever. It is worth, i think.
