WotLK Best PVE and PVP specs?

I have a Destro/Demo lv 80 lock. I plan on running both dungeons/raids, as well as PVP content like BGs. I had experience with all three back when this was still Molten, but it's been a while and I was never entirely sure which one worked best. Should I stick with these two specs? Which one works better? And should I swap one of them out for Affli?

if there is no demo lock in raids you should go demonology,for pvp i prefer affli (and for pve i like affliction over demo) because affliction gives you more sustain and mobility

affl is the raidbuff spec in 2.x via md, demo doesnt give you anything of value, but apparently imp/ruin demo is viable
