Should drain mana break a fear?

Drain mana does no dmg and doesnt break a fear atm. However if u look at patch 3.3.3 changes there is a line: "[Drain Mana]: Drain Mana now clears away any Crowd Control effects such as Hex, Fear, Polymorph, Blind and Seduce.".

So how it really should be?
Is wowiki a reliable source of that kind of informations?

I wrote a whole lot, but since it included a link to a bug report on another private server, it needed to go through moderation.

I might as well just sum up and say I've come to the same conclusion - that Wowwiki in this case is unreliable.

I came to the conclusion after I looked for the edit that added this supposed change. For WotLK, Wowpedia and Wowwiki actually have identical changes (this goes for all pages that I've bothered to look at), however Drain Mana breaking fear as of 3.3.3 was added to the subpages "Patch 3.3.3" and "Drain Mana" by the same person in 2015, and it included no source.

Looking at one of the pages I found while searching (http://tinyurl.com/ybg4wv5s), I noticed that this guy had written a bug report on this issue exactly at the time of the Wowwiki edits, and when countered, he wrote "WoWWiki should of been enough proof" and quoted the mentioned Wowwiki edits.

I'm gonna revert those edits if possible on Wowwiki, because it honestly looks like vandalism. I appreciate you challenging my initial claim, Randomdin!
