Any character planner type addon out there ?

Been searching but can't find anything similar. I would like to see an addon which lets you plan a gear set with gems and enchants, like you're equipping it in the character panel.

Finally found one. It's like chardev.org if you've ever used one, or wowhead's character planner.

Can't seem to get it to work. tried to use the command /WoWEquip but nothing is happening.
Does it work for you?
