Enemy Castbar bugged

Hey guys. I got a Problem with the Enemy Castbars. I enabled it in the Interface Options (Interface/Combat/Castbars) and they are really bugged. They show no progress of the Cast Time of the casted spell. So its very difficult to kick the Casts :'D
I dont use any Interface Addons. Maybe some of you have an Idea how to fix this? Or a workaround with an nice Addon?
