Burning Crusade Is heroic presence working?

So I thought it'd be sweet to play on a draenei hunter when i noticed in the character sheets that heroic presence isnt accounted for in there. (1% hit chance increase). Is it just a "display error" or something of the like? Ive tried asking around in-game but people seem unsure of wheter it actually works or not..

Im playing on the newly released server; medivh, tbc, as the title suggests.

i just hit 70 with my hunter, and I have the same issue :(
