how am I supposed to get berserk stance?

The quest is finished. the npc is supposed to cast/grant you the spell and you have it. The quest line is finished ending with The Affray got the xp but no stance. I have beserk moves in the book but no stance. There is no mods currently or at any point from install. nothing modded what so ever. I can only find a handful of people with the same issue with no fixes just smart *** responses. Is there any real info that may help? its been about 3-4 days.

After 4 and a half day of waiting for a GM in game with a ticket. I log off for about 30 mins and I get a response from the GM ingame saying the problem was fixed... But I still don't have the spell. Anything????
