No Addon tab

So I downloaded some mods and unzipped them all. (yes also inside the folders)
And when I log in I don't have any addon tab, I Also tried clearing my cache.
I looked around on the forum for a long time now and no answer.
I Downloaded from Curse and yes I downloaded 3,35 versions. they are in my addon folder but still no, niks nada..
