Duel-spec talents

Every time i swap to my 2nd spec, i have to redo all my talents and pay for all the skills again.

is this normal??

i have this 2 sort of...i gota buy all my skills agin...sometimes they reset sometimes they dont

"Please try resetting the talent tree that has this issue for you via the website (Reset instead of activate). Then learn you talents & spell ranks and see if the issue still persists. "
