WoW Vengeful Noose or Malevolent Girdle for Fury Warriors?

I am a 5k Fury Warrior with 47% Crit (FUll Buff with BOK) 12 Expertise, Cap Hit, 39% Armor Penetration, and Has only 1 T10 Armor (ARP LEGS) And has Needle Scorpion Trinket, and Banner of Victory (83 ARP/1024 AP), No gems nor enchant, and I do 5.5k - 6k DPS in Dungeons and 7-8k DPS in Raids Now I got 60 Frosts, I'm wondering if I should go the STR Plate BELT with no Armor Penetration or should go Leather Belt with 80+ something ARP.

I haven't started also on the T10 Warrior sets.

Sooner or Later I might stack up Armor Penetration, but I'm wonder if now the 160 strength vs the 120 AP/120 AGI + 80 Arp is too much to pass up.....

Vengeful Noose. Without a second thought. Also, get more expertise. Seems like the only expertise you have on your gear is your T10 legs.
