Chatting in PVP or right after PVP disabled for 1 min?

Hello guy,

It seems that everytime I do PVP I cant write in chat because I got locked for 1min. It happens right during the fight and rigth after. Its weird because you cant communicate about the stuff that happend or warn people if its happening midfight. Also you cant reall write /e no if someone attacks you and you dont really want to fight or might ask him to just stop.

I know its probably disabled so people cant spam Spit or whatever but it sometime even tiltes me when I get killed or kill someone and I cant write right after I did.
