Faction balancing on Outland

Well you can't really think they're not gonna have a faction change option do you? Any way this is temporary it may fix the issue a bit but I don't think you'll get a 50-50 ratio at best it maybe 40-60 ratio even after all the perks.

Ya, but it seems to me that i am the only one around who is of the opinion that the perks won't really change that much and they are not really that relevant as the others make them out to be

These perks are just a way for warmane to seduce or encourage players to re-roll Alliance in the long run when new players come to Outland what will encourage them to play Alliance when they see that Horde have the bigger numbers or their favourite streamer(s) play Horde or most of their friends are Horde this is the fix that balance out the realm in the long run.

I have played as alliance player on retail in TBC and ofc i was killed and ganked many times by horde players because there were much more horde player there too... But i have never had the idea to whine to blizz to make something with that,i just got over it and played to hit max level to give them back the frustration. That made me to play harder and get better gear, and this is what the game about... Ofc you can whine here and ask staff for perks and it seems it works.. Your chose to whine or fight. (i play outland alli)

I apologize if you feel like I am directing this to you personally, but I would like it if this reaches the staff further up the chain. I would do anything, I'll give you guys money, this is not an exception this is just being humane. I don't understand how you do not get this, if a big time streamer wanted to create a Horde you'd 100% let him. But if my guild is waiting for me you don't care. I've played since 2005 and for at least 95% of that time I've been Horde. On the server Feenix my guild and I were together for 3 years, some of them even more, we have never had the issue of being separated like this. I don't think you understand painful this is. Imagine your best friends enjoying an activity and some random dude comes in and says: You can't join your friends. You can't see them for the next few months.
How would that feel? Because it is no where near what I am feeling right now. I am trying to help people out always, why is it that nobody ever wants to do me a favor, it's not even a real favor since I am offering to PAY. I am not being aggressive, I am not insulting anyone right now, why can't we speak like adults and come to a decision? I apologize for taking so much of your time and I know that many others are contacting you, but I just can't understand how you can separate friends like this. It's like Socialism back in the 1960s, you separate families and friends without anyone being able to do anything about it.

Well i just bought 100% mount yesterday for 680g or something. R.I.P now many allies will suddenly afford Flying mount while a ton of other people like me will need to grind for a few days until we can get the same money.

The free mount training i think is a good step in the right direction and rep farming is also a good one since its hard for ally to do that with so much horde also fighting for it. but honor is unnecessary in my opinion.
Ally is rocking the instant ques and horde is waiting 30 minutes. and from what ive been playing at bgs are still at a 50/50 win ratio between horde and ally. so honor bonus is not needed.
The rest is fine and is a good effort to balance factions. Just please unlock horde creation it makes no sense to leave that on with the perks in place all your doing is pissing people off more.

I think in a week it will be 30-70% ratio for alliance.there is no way you keep this bonuses for 2 months.

It was automatically turned on by the system we designed. However, we deem it's too early to open it at this time. We will continue to manually analyze everything and keep an eye on it.

It will be opened as soon as we believe it will not be detrimental to the state of the realm.
