Burning Crusade Mage leveling Spec

I haven't played mage before and i cant find anything in the internet. Can someone post a good leveling spec for mage ( I'd like to be frost). Thanks in advance

Considering that the realms are PvP based and from 30+ you will have to level in contested areas I recommend this build for leveling while being able to easy kill enemy players and escape like an artist:



I've been using it since 2007 to level and own the low level battlegrounds, having no problem when gettin ganked in wPvP.
