    TBC Enhance Shaman

    Hey guys,

back in TBC i played an Enhance shaman, so for nostalgic reasons this is what i want to main here on Warmane..

Only question is, midway through TBC Shamans went from main statting Strength, to Agility.. which is the main stat here?

Is it pre- that patch where Enhance Shamans need Strength, or Post-Patch where they need Agility?

    Thanks :)

The patch that changed stat weights was the wotlk pre-patch. Prior to that, shamans received 2ap per point of strength and 0 ap for agi. After that, shamans received 1ap per point of str and 1 ap per point of agi, but agi also gives crit chance, making it superior to str. So you should always be gearing strength before agi. You do need around 25% crit minimum for UR uptime, but you shouldn't have any problems keeping that in decent blues. Gems should always be "bold" cuts unless the socket bonus outweighs the EP loss of using a different gem or for metagem requirements.

No, it wasn't midway through TBC. It was pre-WotLK. Strength is the answer.
