    Are free transfers still available?

    Im trying to transfer but i keep getting error message.
    "Select a character from the opposing faction"
    Is the error i keep getting.
    There is a 'select character' drop down menu that is empty as well that i think needs to be filled or something.

    Create an Alliance character level 1 with the looks you want, and try again.
