Jewelcrafting Blue Gem Designs

Is anyone finding the drop rates for Blue Gem designs for JC incredibly low (or non-existent)? It doesn't seem like ANY people have seen one. They aren't even on the AH yet. Am I missing something here?

i managed to find some epic ones (total garbage ones, like the one from bota) and they have dropped a couple of times, but so far no blue recipe for me.

Yeah, they are meant to be low world drop-rates, however there is nothing even on the AH I can buy. I just have loads of uncut gems stuck in my bank that I can't even use. iirc there was always 10-15 designs for each gem being sold on the AH on retail, so with a 15k pop there should be loads...
