My brother and I went to the server Outland with an hour difference, I went 109, and he 1013, for an hour he moved up to 136, I went up to 18, we are in different queues on the same server ..how can it be?

to make it simple here is an example..
you are 3rd in queue
iam 4th in queue
your bro is 5th in queue
then i left the queue
so your bro will now be 4th you still 3rd bec. no one left or didnt logged in.
