Druid Swipe + Switching forms lag.

Hello, can anyone help me figure out why if i use swipe key or switch forms as a druid it gives me a slight lag spike for a second or less. It wasnt as annoying before but now i want it fixed. It doesnt happen to me on live and i dont know how to fix it.

You said lag spike, but I'll just ask to be sure.. was it a lag spike or a FPS drop?
I had a problem with shaman totems. Each time a shaman would place his totems, I would get a hard FPS drop for a second or two. Problem occurred because I had too many addons active on a specific char. To be exact, one single addon (cooldowns I believe), didn't work very well with other addons and caused me FPS drops on specific events like shaman placing his totems or switching forms while having visual effects on me like buffs or item procs.

It's a long shot but try playing around with your addons a bit and see if it helps (if you're using any).
